Starting with their own personal experiences of caregiving and work, Phoebe and Anamaria discussed challenges women, in particular low-wage, women of color, face at the workplace, and how US compared to other countries in terms of laws and policies that allowed women to participate in their workplaces, and how childcare is a key unifying issue for women across the globe.
