ABOUT THE STREET VENDORS PROJECTThe Street Vendor Project is a membership-based project that teaches street vendors and garage storage workers about their legal rights and responsibilities, links them with small business training and loans and raises public awareness about the enormous contribution that vendors are making to New York City. The Street Vendor Project is part of the Urban Justice Center, a non-profit organization that provides legal representation and advocacy to various marginalized groups of New Yorkers. |
